Prelude to this Happiness Project

Dear blog,

I'm snowed in. I've been hibernating this whole winter break. Christmas was quiet and restful. Surprisingly I didn't feel sorry for myself being along on Christmas. Ginger and trung kindly invited me over for the Eve, but the snow was bad, I didn't want to risk another experience of having my dad's car in the snow. I watched the Chronicles of Narnia and called up closed friends to talk and catch up. It feels good to not have to wake up to an alarm clock. I'm at home watching the snow fall. Burnaby feels like a complete different place in the world.

So, this thing about happiness. I thought I'd talk about how and why I came about deciding on doing my project on the subject of happiness. Yes. What a huge and broad topic, you may ask. It's something that I realized I've been observing for as long as I can remember.

I've just gotta do it.

A movie Hana and I saw

I stumbled upon a synopsis about the movie when I was looking at the culture page of Club Monaco. I couldn't resist seeing the movie even though it was close to the end of my 1st semester. Hana and I had sushi at Sushi Yama on Broadway (where she used to work) and decided to head to Tinseltown and see the movie since we were going to do anymore work the day of. And, it was an awesome movie. Remember, Ra-Ha-Ja.
